Heavy traffic jam and Police guard on Havelock Road

A
tense situation has arisen outside Police Park on Havelock Road where a number
of people have flocked seeking to obtain application forms for employment in
Korea. A police guard has been deployed at the location while a heavy traffic
jam has also been reported on Havelock Road due to the situation.
The
application
forms were being distributed from 8.30 a.m. today (August 8) while
authorities stated that all 3500 applications being issued by the
Police Park center have now been distributed. However, the crowds have
yet to disperse from the area resulting in the traffic jam.
A police guard has been deployed to avoid any further unruly behavior after a tense situation broke out.
